She weighed 7lbs 4oz which means she's already lost 7oz. I was "scolded" for feeding her on demand. Apparently, it would serve us well if I try to space out her feedings to every 2-3 hours. I am also to encourage her to nurse for 20 mins minimum. She tends to get lazy and fall asleep within a few minutes but I need to do my best to wake her up. It's been hard for me to hear her cry which is why I started feeding her on demand, but I guess I will have to be strong and stick with the "schedule".
Speaking of hearing her cry, Lucy had her blood test today where they pricked her heel to get a sample. I am so glad that Jared was there because there was no way I could have held her down while she cried like that. I felt like crying myself!
